Attending a Focusing Course is a great way to learn about Focusing and
benefit from the process at the same time.
You will have opportunities to learn new skills and develop helpful
qualities and to practise these during class and between classes.
BFA FOCUSING SKILLS CERTIFICATE COURSES - LEVELS 1-5 - ASK FOR DATES: Focusing For All offers step by step training in Focusing skills and qualities, in person or online, in small groups or one-to-one. These courses are based on Inner Relationship Focusing and will offer each student:
You can expect to become an empowered Focuser and a Compassionate Companion with your own Focusing process and within Focusing Partnerships. Students are also likely to experience benefits in many aspects of their daily lives including relationships, health and wellbeing. Each of the five Levels offers 12 hours of training. The British Focusing Association Focusing Skills Certificate is awarded on completion of all five Levels. This involves 60 hours of training over several months. Level One can stand alone or be the foundation for Levels 2-5. Pre-requisite for Level One is a guided one-to-one Focusing Session. After completing Level Five students may wish to apply to do the Focusing Practitioner Training which will enable them to offer Guided Focusing Sessions to clients and Focusing Skills Courses to students.
